The award-winning Green Roof Innovation Testing Laboratory (GRIT Lab) at the University of Toronto, established in 2010, studies green roof materials and solar integration. GRIT Lab promotes multidisciplinary research and education in Landscape Architecture, Biology, Forestry, and more, offering students hands-on experiences. Join directors for a 2-hour tour and presentation.

1:45pm - 2:00pm – Meet by the East Main Entrance of 1 Spadina Crescent. Nearest TTC is College & Spadina

Recommended Attire: 

Please wear closed-toe flat shoes. Boots are preferable. Dress for the weather - it can be windy on the roof, and it may rain.
