Liberty Park Living Wall Tour

Join us for an exclusive tour of the remarkable living wall at Liberty Park, overlooking the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in Lower Manhattan. This large-scale green infrastructure project, designed and installed using Sempergreen's outdoor system, features more than 25,000 plants woven into a highly engineered hydroponic living wall. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore how this innovative system creates a resilient and sustainable urban landscape while serving as a serene natural backdrop within one of New York City’s most meaningful public spaces.

During the tour, participants will gain insight into the advanced technology behind the installation, including automated irrigation, integrated frost protection, and web-enabled remote monitoring systems that allow the wall to thrive year-round in a cold-climate environment. The tour will highlight the intersection of sustainability, landscape architecture, and environmental engineering, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how living wall systems can support ecological performance, operational efficiency, and enhanced visitor experiences in dense urban settings. We invite you to join us for this unique opportunity to experience one of the city’s most innovative examples of green infrastructure firsthand.
